A skilled and experienced Civil Mediation Council Registered mediator brings both parties together, usually on Zoom, to try to resolve the dispute.

The fee covers
> up to 4 hours of mediation time
> reasonable mediator preparation
The mediator may meet with both parties together and/or individually, with a focus on exploring settlement.
Mediation can take place before or after legal proceedings have begun.
